Nervous System ScrubdownMovement and postures backed by science to support your body and mind feel maybe a bit less like hot garbage. If breathwork, meditation, or yoga don’t help or make you feel WORSE, give this a shot. We are animals wired to shake, jump, and make noise, and these moves are designed to re-wild your instincts that help you express stuck feelings and tolerate the inevitable suffering of camping. Led by drama therapist and clown Susiefox.
