The Headquarters, Ice, Volunteer, and Engagement (HIVE) tent is the heart of our event. This is where you’ll find radios, sign in and out for volunteer shifts, ice, and directions to anything happening out on the Haya. The harm reduction table is also located here, along with general info and support for anyone who needs help finding their way.
Forgot your volunteer shift time or location? No problem—the master volunteer schedule is posted at the HIVE. You’ll also find daily highlights from the WWW Guide, and you can sign up for open volunteer shifts on the spot.
Harm Reduction
More isn’t always better! We take partying seriously as well as the safety of our participants, a key aspect of which is knowledge. This is a safe and judgment-free space for all.
At HIVE, you can find:
- Free fentanyl testing strips with instructions.
- Information on drug interactions, including how different drugs interact with one another and which combinations should be avoided.
- Info cards outlining the main drug classes and their effects.
Ice
Food safety is important. Make sure you bring ice for your coolers! There are several spots to grab ice on the way in, including Camden East & Newburg. You’ll be passing through one of these towns, so even if you’re not stopping in Napanee, there’s no excuse to show up with lukewarm, questionable food.
