Afternoon Yoga Flow

Join us in a journey of movement, meditation, and sound. Led by patmakesmusic and stefflesticks, we will weave together a gentle yin flow rooted in breath work and qi-gong, soul-soothing live ambient soundscapes, grounding and raising our collective energies through shared visualizations, co-creating deep connection and renewal. Let us gather, breathe, and dream a new rhythm into being.
