The What, Where, When (WWW) Guide is the primary resource for participants to discover what’s happening during SideBurn. As a participatory event, we rely on you to contribute the details of what you’ll be sharing with others!

If you plan to bring art, host a theme camp, gift food or beverages, run a workshop, or offer anything else you’d like people to know about, the WWW Guide is the best way to share it. While submitting to the guide is not mandatory, we strongly encourage everyone to list their events, projects, and activities—whether or not they’ve received SideBurn grant funding.

This year, the guide will be available both online and through the DUST app, with both launching on May 3, 2025. The deadline for submissions is April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. If you have any further questions, contact info@sideburn.ca.
