The Conduct and Consent Committee is always looking to add new voices to keep crafting and holding space for better support, conversations, conflict navigation and well-intentioned mistakes in learning.
We want to hear from you, if you know someone who:
- is open to having challenging conversations and being able to agree to disagree
- is open to new ways of understanding, radical compassion and growth in practice
- is a consent / communication nerd
- is able to verbalize emotional capacity and conflicts of interest
- is an awesome active listener who can offer different types of support
- has experience working with Sanctuary, Zendo, R.A.C.K, Green Dot, F.R.I.E.S, Consent + Power Dynamics
- is trying new and better ways to be accountable and understand others
- is interested in developing better ways of managing community conflicts by practicing, trying and failing and trying again in a supportive group setting
