What, Where, When

The What, Where, When (WWW) Guide is the primary resource for participants to discover what’s happening during SideBurn. As a participatory event, we rely on you to contribute the details of what you’ll be sharing with others!

If you plan to bring art, host a theme camp, gift food or beverages, run a workshop, or offer anything else you’d like people to know about, the WWW Guide is the best way to share it. While submitting to the guide is not mandatory, we strongly encourage everyone to list their events, projects, and activities—whether or not they’ve received SideBurn grant funding.

The guide will be available both online and through the DUST app, with both launching early May. The deadline for submissions is April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. If you have any further questions, contact info@sideburn.ca.

Submissions open in mid-April 2026.

Big news, SideBurn family!

We’ve had an unbelievable response this year — almost 500 event submissions, more than double last year’s total! Because of the overwhelming response and a few last-minute tweaks to the map, we’re pushing the Dust App release to MONDAY, MAY 5TH at 5 PM.

This isn’t a delay — it’s a level up. We’re making sure the app is fully ready to support the incredible energy you’re bringing.

Stay Connected at SideBurn: Download the DUST App!

Don’t miss a moment of the action at SideBurn this year! Download the DUST app, which you can use offline, to explore the full WWW Guide and stay up to date on all the incredible events, art, and experiences happening throughout the event. From workshops to performances, DUST is your guide to everything SideBurn has to offer—right at your fingertips.

Camp and art leads should have received an invitation to update and manage their content directly in the app, so make sure to check your inbox and keep your listings fresh and accurate!

Stay in the Loop—With or Without the App

You can also explore a simplified version of the guide online or download the full PDF to view or print. The web version is a handy reference for browsing events, theme camps, and now includes a basic art listing and map. For the full interactive experience—including complete listings, the full map, and real-time updates—we recommend using the DUST app.
