Want to bring an art project to SideBurn but not receiving a grant from us? We’d still love to have your art!

You should fill this form out if any of the following apply to you:

  • You did not receive a grant from us
  • You want your art to show up on the SideBurn 2025 map
  • You need a location for your art – our Placement team will do their best to accommodate your request
  • Your art piece has a fire component or flame effect
  • Your art piece will have a generator
  • Your art piece will have amplified sound

Important: This does not guarantee you a ticket. You’ll need to secure one through our general sale or a directed sale (e.g., theme camp sales).

Lighting, Power, Fire, or Sound

Please be aware that there is no power available on site. Artists are expected to provide their own power generation if it is needed for their project.

All Theme Camp, Art Installation, and DMV Mutant Vehicle applications require disclosure of the presence or inclusion of a laser as part of the project or operation. Comment end Board members will visit camps on Thursday and Friday to assess laser installations for safety.
Will you be bringing a personal generator for your project? Is this generator also for use within a theme camp?
